This section shows in words and pictures how I make my figures.
First I decide on the figure to be produced, in this instance I have decided to make the Grenadier illustrated
.
The mould I need has been selected, and in this case I have highlighted the individual components needed to assemble the figure with a white dot.

The 2 halves of the mould are then closed and the disc is put into the spinning machine.

The machine is now switched on and the metal is poured whilst the mould is spinning.

The mould is spins for approx 80 seconds and this is the result

All the cast components are now removed from the mould and the individual pieces needed to make the figure are separated, the rest are recycled

Here are all the components needed to make the figure.

The figure is now ready to be cleaned up or fettled pior to undercoating and hand painting.
